How to Crop & Print Meesho Shipping Labels on 4×6 Thermal Paper
Learn how to remove unwanted tax invoices, crop Meesho courier labels, and print clear 4×6 inch thermal labels in seconds.
1. The Problem with Default Meesho Label PDFs
When you download shipping labels from the Meesho Supplier Panel (under Orders > Ready to Ship), Meesho gives you a combined A4 size PDF. Each page in this PDF is divided into two sections:
- Top Half (Shipping Label): Contains customer delivery address, pin code, courier partner name (Valmo, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees), tracking number, and barcode.
- Bottom Half (Customer Bill / Invoice): Contains item prices, GST tax details, and seller address.
For parcel packing, you only need to paste the Top Shipping Label on the outer courier bag. The bottom invoice is not needed on the outside.
If you print this PDF directly on a 4×6 inch thermal printer, the printer shrinks the whole page. The barcode becomes too small, and courier pickup staff cannot scan it. If you cut it manually with scissors, you waste 1 to 2 hours every day.
2. How LabelCrop Helps Meesho Sellers
LabelCrop automatically fixes this in one click:
- Cuts Only the Shipping Label: It removes the bottom invoice and stretches the shipping slip to fit 100% on standard 4×6 inch thermal sticker rolls.
- Clear Dark Barcodes: The barcode lines stay sharp and dark so courier pickup staff can scan your parcels in one go.
- Saves Sticker Paper: By removing the extra invoice half, you save 50% on your thermal paper rolls.
- 100% Free & Safe: Your orders and customer phone numbers are never uploaded to any server. Everything is processed directly on your computer.
3. Fast Packing with Automatic SKU Sorting
When you have 50 or 100 orders of different clothing items (Kurtis, Sarees, Tops, T-Shirts), packing in random order is very confusing.
When you turn on SKU Sorting in LabelCrop, the tool automatically reads product names and sizes from your Meesho labels and arranges them in order. For example, all "Red Kurti - Size M" labels will come first, followed by "Blue Kurti - Size L". This helps your packing helpers pack one product at a time without making mistakes.
4. Easy 3-Step Process for Meesho Sellers
- Download: Go to Meesho Supplier Panel and download your batch shipping label PDF.
- Upload to LabelCrop: Drag and drop your PDF into the tool above. It will instantly crop the labels.
- Print: Click "Fast Print" to print directly to your thermal printer (TSC, TVS, Zebra, Xprinter) or download the cropped PDF.
Frequently Asked Questions by Meesho Sellers
How do I separate Meesho shipping labels from customer tax invoices?
Just upload your Meesho PDF manifest into LabelCrop. The tool automatically removes the bottom customer bill and isolates only the top shipping slip formatted for 4×6 inch thermal paper.
Will Valmo, Shadowfax, Delhivery, and Xpressbees accept cropped Meesho labels?
Yes, 100%. All courier pickup agents require standard 4×6 inch shipping labels. Cropped labels keep barcodes sharp, making pickup scanning faster.
What printer paper size should I select for Meesho labels?
Select standard 4×6 inch (100×150 mm) in your thermal printer settings with 100% scale (Actual Size) and 0mm margin.
Why is my Meesho barcode printing blurry or light?
In your printer driver settings, set print darkness to 10–12 and uncheck 'Fit to Page'. Always use 'Actual Size' to keep barcode lines crisp.
How does SKU Sorting help with Meesho apparel orders?
When you turn on SKU Sorting, all orders of the same Kurti, Saree, or Top size are grouped together sequentially so you can pack one product at a time without mix-ups.
Can I crop 200+ Meesho orders in a single batch?
Yes. LabelCrop can process bulk Meesho PDF manifests of 100 to 500+ labels in just 2 to 3 seconds.
Can I print Meesho labels on regular A4 sticker sheets?
Yes. Select 'A4 (2-in-1)' or 'A4 (4-in-1)' in the format settings to print multiple cropped labels on standard A4 sticker paper using any office inkjet or laser printer.
Is my Meesho customer address and phone data safe?
Yes. All processing happens 100% inside your browser memory. Zero files or customer details are uploaded to any server.
