Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 26, 2026 · Last Updated: August 2026
1. Introduction & Overview
Welcome to LabelCrop (accessible at https://labelcrop.cloud). At LabelCrop, the privacy of our visitors and e-commerce sellers is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy document outlines the types of information that is collected and recorded by LabelCrop and how we use and safeguard it.
If you have additional questions or require more information about our Privacy Policy, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@labelcrop.cloud.
2. Zero Server Storage & Document Processing
Your shipping label documents never leave your browser. LabelCrop is architected as an offline-capable, client-side web application. When you upload, crop, rotate, enhance, or merge PDF files:
- All PDF parsing, text extraction, SKU grouping, and coordinate cropping execute entirely inside your device's web browser memory (RAM) via WebAssembly and JavaScript.
- No shipping labels, customer names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, tracking numbers, or invoice values are transmitted to or stored on our servers.
- You can disconnect your internet connection immediately after the web page loads, and the tool will continue to crop your PDF files without interruption.
3. Log Files & Standard Web Metrics
Like most standard web hosting services, LabelCrop utilizes standard server log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites as part of hosting service analytics. The information collected by log files includes:
- Internet Protocol (IP) addresses
- Browser type and version
- Internet Service Provider (ISP)
- Date and time stamp
- Referring/exit pages
- Number of clicks
This data is not linked to any personally identifiable information and is solely utilized for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking website performance, and optimizing user experience.
4. Cookies and Web Beacons
LabelCrop uses local storage strictly to remember your interface preferences (such as Light/Dark mode). We do not set tracking cookies for document processing.
5. Google DoubleClick DART Cookie & Third-Party Advertising
Google is a third-party vendor on our site. It also uses cookies, known as DART cookies, to serve ads to our site visitors based upon their visit to our website and other sites on the internet.
- Third-party ad servers or ad networks use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on LabelCrop, which are sent directly to users' browsers. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs.
- These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
- Visitors may choose to decline the use of DART cookies by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads or the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page at www.aboutads.info.
Note that LabelCrop has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
6. Third-Party Privacy Policies
LabelCrop's Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we advise you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
You can choose to disable cookies through your individual browser options. Detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers can be found at the browsers' respective websites.
